Return Pneumatic Actuators
The single-acting rotary actuators with spring return
are equipped with the extremely reliable Kinetrol spring units
with a low load range and offer the safest fail-safe operation, ideal for your critical applications. With the lowest torque loss, typically only 20% over 90°, they enable the selection of smaller actuators compared to typical rack and pinion actuators.
Kinetrol - Spring to Centre Actuators
Kinetrol® spring-centered models feature a patented swivel actuator that is driven from an initial center position in any direction to an end stop. As soon as the air supply is interrupted, a spring returns it to a precise and positive center position. The operator can select this center position mechanically.
180/120 Degree
Kinetrol’s 180-degree pneumatic actuators are simple and compact and have no external moving parts. They are characterized by an excellent design that provides a constant output torque over the entire travel thanks to a continuous transmission ratio. They are available as either double-acting or spring-return actuators.
A 120-degree option is also available.
Electrohydraulic
The double-acting and spring-return electro-hydraulic EHD actuators from Kinetrol are designed for use in locations without a compressed air supply. A hydraulic pump supplies our vane actuator with pressurized oil. With a rated output of 100 % and a capacity of up to 3,000 starts per hour, it is ideal for applications with a high cycle rate or modulating function.
Steadyline Damped Actuator Control
Kinetrol’s Steadyline range of pneumatic actuator assemblies are precision valve actuators that incorporate our dashpot rotary damping units to provide smooth resistance to actuator/valve shaft rotation. Kinetrol Steadyline assemblies smooth the standard stroke of the actuator, dampen flow-induced valve disk vibration and allow the user to set a minimum stroke time in the event of power failure.
Stainless steel
Let Kinetrol help you with your stainless steel actuator needs. Kinetrol’s stainless steel units utilize proven quarter-turn valve design in a CF3M housing. Currently available: Models 05, 07 and 09.
Blueline
Food processing lines can benefit from Kinetrol’s food grade Blueline actuators. They meet FDA and BELGAQUA specifications and offer improved resistance to corrosive cleaning agents, salty environments, chipping and flaking. They also have excellent non-stick properties.
